Supported Services
Community Employment Services
Community Employment Services offer a variety of supports to help team members find and maintain meaningful employment in the community. Our job developer works with individuals to find a job that matches their skills and abilities. We also offer temporary work experiences and internships to build skills, job shadowing to find the “right fit,” and job coaching to develop tools necessary for success. Supported Employment Services provide long-term support to help team members maintain their jobs in integrated settings.
Supportive Home Care Services
Supportive Home Care Services assist individuals in their homes and communities to help them live as independently as possible. Staff provide help with routine home care (laundry, cleaning, etc.), grocery shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to medical appointments, and more.
Corporate Guardianship and Support Brokering
Support brokers assist individuals receiving Medicaid benefits with coordinating and managing their self-directed services. This may include finding caregivers, completing applications and paperwork, and monitoring budgets. Assistance can be offered in person or virtually.
